On that day, my best friend came over to join in the celebration too. We played firecrackers together. At first, we were so frightened since this was our first time playing. After playing a few rounds, we got used to it and we had overcome our fear of playing firecrackers.
My curious little cousin tried playing too.
Meanwhile, my aunt and uncle were arranging the prayer papers folded into shapes of gold, putting them outside our house. We use to burn those when the celebration started. My brother went to help too......
At that time, I saw that my cousin sister was left alone all by herself. So, I go ahead and let her sit on a chair while waiting. Isn't she cute?
At that time, Mum said that we should take more pictures. So, we went out to look for more pictures
to take.
When the clock struck 12 midnight, the celebration started. We burned the prayer papers. Then, we prayed. My brother prayed: "I wish that I won't need to do any more homework and play all day."
Then, we are allowed to eat. This is my uncle:

When we went indoors, my father lit up the firecrackers. It was very loud. After eating, we went to bed. I had a great time celebrating this festival.
